ICA
The International Creative Academy has been born out of a desire to help people all over the world reach their potential. It is a partnership between Leading Edge International and Dante Rhymes. The co-directors will be David Reidy and Paul Iannuzzelli with some other key personnel joining our leadership shortly. Stay tuned for the announcement.
Our courses are designed to be practical and highly flexible and we will be opening campuses initially throughout Europe, Australia and the Middle East.

Our primary goal is to assist you and your worship team to grow without you having to leave home or your local church. We will come to you!
Our Lecturers
Our primary Lecturers and course trainers will be David Reidy, Paul Iannuzzelli and Evan Schoombie. Each of these individuals have years of experience behind them in Pastoring and building teams, pioneering youth ministries, churches, colleges and training individuals and teams around the globe. As well as this each of the team have performance experience and have been leading worship over the past 30 years or so impacting tens of thousands of people between them. Each of them have also been involved in and produced album recordings and written songs that have been sung in many churches around the world. Paul and Evan both hold Masters Degrees in Music and David is currently studying a Masters in Ministry and is a qualified Music Teacher at both High School and College level.
The Courses and how they will work
Basically in each campus location we will host a variety of courses in each stream of study. Even if you choose to do a certain stream there is no reason why you can’t cross over and elect to do a subject in another stream. Flexibility is the name of the game here and we want to make it easy for you to achieve your personal goals. Courses will be offered at regular intervals without it being too much to handle. We do realise that you have a life and the local church program has to still move forward.
Qualifications
At this point ICA will not be offering formal qualifications for its courses. However we are currently negotiating to provide recognised qualifications. The standard of teaching is based on college and University standards of curriculum development.
Streams
A variety of subject streams will be offered. We are looking to expand on the number of streams on offer over the next 2 years

How the course will be delivered
Flexibility is the key here and for each city campus and situation different modes of course delivery are needed. In some places we can deliver the courses in short bursts whilst in other places we can deliver them over a longer time frame.
Intensives
These will be operated over a 2 or 3 day period. Complete subjects will be offered progressively in the various locations operated by the Academy.
Monthly Training
Once a month training which may be conducted either on weekends or mid-week once a week. The length of these courses will vary between 6 to 8 sessions once a month depending on the nature of the course of study.
Weekly Training
Weekly training will be conducted once a week over a 4-8 week period again depending on the nature of the course of study
Units of Study are designed to be progressive, practical and highly flexible.
