The Essential Worship Team Handbook is designed to give some helpful perspectives and very practical tips, required by every worship team leader, to assist them in managing a ‘Worship Team’. For the worship team member this book will provide greater insight into better ways of participating in the worship team.
To give you an idea of some of the other areas covered in the book, there are future chapter and content headings in the TABLE OF CONTENTS.
Further updates will provide current information, which is useful and easy to apply. We also hope to introduce an interactive online Question and Answer component, which we believe will provide a very useful resource for your personal situation.

About the Author
Paul Iannuzzelli is an international worship leader, speaker and teacher with over 30 years of ministry and musical experience.
Paul has been extensively involved with diverse aspects of church building and team leadership for many years. He began playing in the church worship team at a very early age, and since then has gone on to lead and help create successful music teams in various churches and groups, in both small and large contexts, around the globe.
Paul was part of Hillsong Church (Australia) for eighteen years, with songs recorded on their very first worship albums. He was a co-founder of the Worship School at Hillsong International Leadership College (Australia), which now has over 600 international students. He was also a lecturer and course writer for Southern Cross Bible College and Wesley Institute for the Arts among a number of others. He was significantly involved in the formative years of Youth Alive NSW, where he lead worship and wrote many songs for their tri-annual stadium concerts which attracted up to 12,000 young people. Paul was involved in a number of church plants and missionary ventures - including the birth of Hillsong Kiev and the a re-shaping of the worship team for Hillsong London.
Paul has travelled the world and worked alongside many artists both in and outside of the church, including; Darlene Zschech, Andrae Crouch, Natasha Bedingfield, David Moyse (Air Supply), Chris Falson, Evan Schoombie, Paul Jackson Jr (guitarist for Michael Jackson), Chester Thomson (drummer for Phil Collins, Weather Report, Frank Zappa) and many others. As a producer, he has worked on a number of projects with artists such as Paul Jones (Manfred Man), Geoff Dugmore (Robbie William’s studio drummer), Miriam Webster (Hillsongs Australia) and others. His formal training at the Conservatorium of Music includes both a Bachelor’s degree and a Masters in Music.
Paul is a prolific songwriter. His songs have been recorded and published in over 136 countries, and he is currently working on projects with Jean Paul Decoster (2 Unlimited), David Evans (Creative), Christa Black (M.W.Smith) and others.
Recently, alongside Pastor Chris Demetriou, Paul created and developed a strong and thriving worship team which has contributed significantly to the life of ‘Cornerstone The Church’ in Surrey, England. He is currently completing a book for worship teams that will shortly be available right here in our resource store, along with a number of musical tracks and videos soon to be made available on itunes and in partnership with leading edge international. Along with Dave Reidy and others, Paul continues to travel the world leading worship and giving seminars to assist churches and musicians fulfil their God-given destiny
